    Man, 84, found safe after four-hour search

    Salem police have found an 84-year-old man with dementia who walked out of a doctor's office this afternoon.Richard "Dick" Ballantyne left the office on Grear Street NE, near the Salem Hospital Regional Rehab Center, about 3:15 p.m.
