PEPPER PIKE, Ohio -- Three students have been charged in the emailed bomb threats that led a Cleveland area high school to shut down for three days in November.
Cuyahoga County Assistant Prosecutor Michael Horn tells multiple news outlets the teens sent bomb scare messages 17 times simply to see if they could get away with it.
