    Fragrance Hotel owner sues agent over Rolls' 'flaw'

    SINGAPORE - A tycoon is suing the Rolls-Royce agent here, Trans Eurokars, over an alleged flaw in a Phantom limousine he bought four years ago, The Straits Times reported today.
