    San Diego prosecutor suspended over traffic ticket

    SAN DIEGO -; A San Diego County prosecutor has been placed on administrative leave amid accusations that she arranged to destroy a ticket for failing to wear a seatbelt.

    The state attorney general's office on Friday charged 36-year-old Allison Debow with misdemeanor conspiracy to obstruct justice.
