    Lawsuit: HearthStone Homes Owes $17.5M

    A Metro-area homebuilder owes its bank more than $17 million, according to a lawsuit filed by Wells Fargo against HearthStone Homes on Wednesday.The suit said HearthStone has failed to make timely payments on a $17.5 million loan.
