    A man in his 30s is recovering from a gunshot wound to his leg after being shot in his apartment suite at the 500 block of West 10th Avenue in Vancouver.

    Police said it appears to be a targeted and drug-related incident.Vancouver police said they arrived on the scene just before 6:30 a.m.
