    Higher Education Board approves funding for ASU construction

    -; The Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board has approved funding for construction projects requested by Arkansas State University campuses in Newport and Jonesboro.

    The board met Friday in Pine Bluff and approved a $2 million loan for ASU-Newport to build a classroom building for its hospitality management program.
