    Caterpillar breaks ground on expansion at Toccoa facility

    TOCCOA, Ga. -- One of the largest companies in the world has broken ground on an expansion project in Stephens County that will create 50 new jobs.

    The groundbreaking happened Friday for a planned 40,000-square-foot expansion to the Caterpillar Inc.
