    Authorities identify homeless man found dead in downtown Missoula

    MISSOULA -- Authorities have identified a homeless man found dead on Thursday as James Ferguson, 59.

    Ferguson had lived in and around the Missoula area for several years, according to Missoula County Sheriff's Detective Jason Johnson.

    An acquaintance found Johnson in the 200 block of West Pine Street, said Missoula Police Detective Sgt.
